Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible School

Evenings: Sunday, June 28, Through Wednesday, July 1

Rainforest Falls VBS is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! You can expect a week full of faith discoveries, memorable music, and epic adventures that guide kids in exploring the nature of God! Hands-on experiments, team-building games, and unforgettable Bible songs are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. (Kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.)
Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in their everyday lives—something we call God Sightings. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot!

This year’s VBS will be held over four evenings, allowing parents, grandparents, and other adults to fully participate and help with activities. We will start each evening with an optional family dinner – it is free, but we ask that you indicate your interest on the registration form. (More details about the dinner will be provided closer to VBS.)

So, mark these dates on your calendar: Sunday, June 28, through Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Each evening’s adventure will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 8:30 p.m. (Dinner will be served beforehand.)

VBS is open to children from preschool through current 5th graders. Limited space is available for young children ages 3 and 4 who are socially and physically ready for the VBS experience.

Rainforest Falls VBS is rapidly approaching, and there are still ways you can help out.

You can support VBS by donating to offset costs and cover scholarships for some of the children. Pay through our church app and select Vacation Bible School, drop your donation in the offering plate, or bring it by the church office and mark your envelope or check memo line with “VBS.” (Please note, we are requesting NO food items be donated for snacks this year – we’ve got it covered!)

Most importantly, please keep VBS in your prayers. Pray for a successful, safe, fun, energized week for the kids. Pray for the spiritual growth of all involved, including our youth, children, and adults. And pray for those who are in the midst of planning for this very important week.

Pray For Our VBS

Dear God, thank you for going before us as we prepare for VBS. Help us meet any need for supplies, decorations, and volunteers we may have. Provide the opportunity for families far and wide to attend VBS. Thank you for the opportunity to pour into the lives of these kids in deep and meaningful ways. We pray that above all else, you are glorified in our VBS. Amen.

Pray For Our Kids

Jesus, we pray that through VBS, kids in our community will grow in their relationship with you. We ask that you begin to break down any walls that might be preventing their young hearts from receiving your love. We ask that the truth of who you are sinks deep into their hearts. Let them leave knowing who you are and the overwhelming, joyful love you have for each and every one of them. May the impact of VBS last a lifetime. Amen.

Pray For Families

Creator God, let the changes in kids’ hearts this week be an inspiration to their families. Let parents and caretakers pursue a deeper relationship with you. Let family connections grow stronger, deeper, and focused on you. Give kids the strength to stand firmly rooted in their faith and relationship with you. Amen.

Pray For Our Church

God, let our church be a great influence in our community through our VBS. We want your perfect love to be at the foundation of our city, and we pray that we spread your love. Let our doors be open, and our hearts be welcoming to all kids and their families. Let your goodness shine through us. Amen.

Pray For Our Volunteers

Lord, we give thanks for the volunteers who will serve at VBS. Fill their hearts with your love and patience to be poured out upon the kids. Give them strength, health, and an overwhelming joy to serve! We pray that our volunteers are given the opportunity to help children experience you and that they would grow closer to you. Amen.

Pray For Our Staff

Jesus, be with our staff as they plan, prepare, and put on our VBS this year. Keep them healthy in body and mind before, during, and after VBS. Allow opportunities for them to share the good news of who you are with the kids, as well as the youth and adults. Give them creative ideas to reach children, give them peace when times get stressful, and fill their hearts with joy as they faithfully complete your work. Amen.
