2025 Women’s Retreat – “Sacred Rest”
A Great Weekend of Sacred Rest!
Our 2025 KUMC Women’s Retreat at Lazy F Camp was another great success, and we are so grateful for the 45 women who attended. We laughed, prayed, learned, became better acquainted with one another, and drew closer to God. Plus, we enjoyed fabulous meals prepared by someone else!
The focus, “Sacred Rest”, was an opportunity to consider how we must fuel our tanks to be well-rested and live our best lives. We discovered seven types of rest—physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative, and spiritual—and how understanding our own need for work-rest balance can help us experience deeper and fuller levels of satisfaction.
