Join Us For Zoo Lights

Sunday, December 21st, at 4:30, at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

Family Council will end the year with a fellowship event at Zoo Lights! Kick off Christmas week by joining us on Sunday, December 21st, at 4:30, at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in Tacoma, as we walk through beautiful light displays together. Family Council is subsidizing ticket prices, so you will only pay $10/ticket (the regular price is $20/ticket). Kids 2 and under are free. Scholarships are available, too. Sign-ups are limited to the first 30 people and will start after church on Sunday, November 16th. Please let us know if you would like to attend.

Super Jump Zone Party Fun!

Our families had a blast at the Super Jump Party on October 18! We had 38 kids and family members turn out for tons of fun, fellowship, and food! This event was sponsored by our Family Council (thanks so much to Mark and Angela Friesen for organizing everything!), and one of the primary goals is to give our kids and parents a chance to get to know one another and build community. It has been fun to see relationships develop over the last several months. Be sure you watch for upcoming events – such as bowling and picnics.

Plus, there is an ongoing parent small Discipleship Group (see page 5 in this newsletter regarding D-Groups). You are invited to come along for the fun!
