KUMC Kids In Fellowship
Children's Fellowship Opportunities
- "Connections" Dinners: Sunday
night dinners one to two times monthly throughout the year featuring great
food and interactive family activities.
- Friendship Clubs: 4th,
5th and 6th graders meet one Sunday afternoon a month for bowling, movie and
pizza, swimming, mini-golf, seasonal events, etc. Friendship clubs are
parent-organized and operated.
- Hanging of the Greens: First
Sunday in Advent, make ornaments, advent wreaths, decorate the church for
Christmas and enjoy a family-friendly dinner with our church family.
- Christmas Potluck: After
Friday night rehearsal for Children's Christmas Pageant.
- Christmas Caroling:
Usually the second or third Sunday in
December. Meet afterward for hot chocolate.
- Easter Egg Hunt:
Easter Sunday morning between services.
- Sunday School Celebration Bash: Last
Sunday of the school year: games, crafts, food!
- Other Seasonal Fellowship Events: Vary from year to
year, and include Live Nativity, Donkey visit on Palm Sunday and Summer
picnics on the church lawn.
